- Dos : 2 tablet sekali, 3 kali sehari selepas makan, lebih baik dimakan 1 minggu sebelum datang haid. Wanita yang tiada datang haid selama 1 hingga 3 minggu pun boleh makan.
- 服法：每次2丸，每日3次，饭后服用。最理想之服法是在每月经来前一周预先服用。经期过期一至三周亦可服用。
- Dosage : 2 tablets each time, 3 times daily after meal. To be taken 1 week before menstrual period. Can be taken when the menstrual period has been delayed for 1-3 weeks.
