Ginkgo is well known to help for Dementia and Alzheimer’s diseases, caused by reduced blood flow to the brain with symptoms like memory loss, headache, ringing in the ears, giddiness and dizziness.
Ginkgo is also often used to help relief leg pain when walking, cold and numb at toes and fingers, problems caused by blood circulation to the hands and legs.
Usage recommendation:
1 tablet to be taken 3 times a day
