CARA BANCUHAN:
Tepung 1kg:
- 1000ml air
- 5biji telur
- 100ml minyak masak
Tepung 500g:
- 500ml air
- 3biji telur
- 50ml minyak masak
Tepung 200g:
- 200ml air
- 1 biji telur
- 20ml minyak.
Caranya:
- Kacau sebati semua adunan tadi menggunakan mixer atau pemukul telur.
- Digalakkan bancuh semua 1 pack sekali. Sekiranya ingin asingkan tepung premix sila aduk sekata semua bancuhan supaya semua bahan sekata baru asingkan untuk elakkan bantat / lembik atau tak jadi.
