Barang yang perlu ada : Batu tungku,periuk tanah,daun mengkudu
Cara Penggunaan :
1. Panaskan batu tungku selama kira-kira 20-25 minit.
2. Kemudian letakkan batu tungku ke dalam periuk tanah yang kecil. Lapik batu tungku dengan daun mengkudu atau daun herba seperti daun lengkuas,daun pandan dan sewaktu dengannya.
3. Ambil 1 sachet tangas kering dicampurkan dengan sedikit air (dijadikan pes) dan letak atas batu tungku yang panas tadi.
4. Perah limau nipis ke atas pes tangas tadi dan asap batu herba akan meruap.
5. Boleh dilakukan dalam keadaan melutut atau menggunakan kerusi yang mempunyai lubang di tengah-tengah.
6. Duduk di atas kerusi tangas (halakan wap tangas ke arah misv) dan buat sekali ‘kagel exercise’. …
