1 sdt serbuk ketumbar
3 batang serai, ketuk
1 biji asam keping
2 helai daun limau
1 helai daun kunyit
gula
megi cukup rasa
Bahan Kisar:
8-10 bawang merah
5 bawang putih
10 cili kering, rebus dahulu
1 inci halia/jahe
3 cili api, pedas ikut suka
1. Masukkan bahan kisar kedalam kuali.
Tambahkan air dan masukkan ayam.
Masak ayam hingga mendidih dan air sedikit menyusut.
2. Masukkan serai, lengkuas, asam keping dan daun salam.
Masukkan juga serbuk ketumbar dan Rendang Powder Faiza.
Kacau rata hingga mendidih lagi sekali.
