1. Masukkan sebungkus tepung ke dalam mangkuk.
2. Bancuh tepung dengan 235ml air masak.
3. Apabila minyak sudah dipanaskan dengan api yabg sederhana, masukkan bancuhan cucur mengikut saiz yang anda suka menggunakan jari/sudu.
4. Goreng hingga kuning keperangan, angkat dan toskan. Sebaiknya hidang ketika panas.
