1. Campur 4 cawan Tepung Goreng Rangup Cap Tangan dengan 3 cawan air ,2-3 sudu minyak ,garam secukup rasa dan bancuhkan.
2. Celupkan bahan-bahan yang hendak digoreng ke dalam bancuhan.
3. Gunakan minyak goreng yang banyak dan pastikan ia betul-betul panas sebelum menggoreng. Gorengkan bahan-bahan selama 5-6 minit atau sehingga menjadi perang keemasan.
4. Toskan sebentar selepas siap digoreng. Hidangan panas.
Sesuai untuk menggoreng pisang ,keladi ,sukun ,cempedak ,keledek ,cucuk udang.
